We are celebrating 30 years since the humble beginning of Tenzor company. In 1993 our founders, Albert Bene and Miran Senčar, founded the company in the oldest city in Slovenia and offered solutions for the security of people and their properties. They invested all their savings, knowledge and dedication. Under their leadership, the company developed into an innovative and flexible family business with its own R&D department. With growth and development, we have expanded our area of solutions and with it our knowledge and experience.
We are proud to be one of the leading integrating companies in Adria region in the field of central control systems, RFID solutions, building management systems, technical security and electrical installations. Our solutions optimize business operations and increase the profitability of our clients in the areas of retail and shopping centres, industry, hospitality and leisure, transport, parking lots and garages, banks and financial institutions, libraries and public administration.
Deep understanding of our client’s needs, years of experience and knowledge led to the development of our own solutions and brands: rems, iEMS, Callisto, UVSS and other technological solutions. We have expanded the company beyond Slovenian borders. Today we are presented as Tenzor Group in 6 countries and implementing projects in more than 25 countries. Above all, we are proud of the fact that we managed to keep what is most important to us – strong relations and devotion to our vision.
At important turning points we have always followed our most important values: the satisfaction and loyalty of employees, the satisfaction of our partners, safety, trust and innovation. We believe that this is the reason for the trust of more than 2,000 satisfied clients and strong partnerships.
Our history
1993: Our founders, Albert Bene and Miran Senčar, found the company Tenzor in their home garage in Ptuj, with the aim to protect people and property.
2000: Establishment of the company Sensor in Macedonia.
2002: Establishment of the company Protrade International, later Tenzor Hrvatska SBS.
2005: Tenzor Group is used to describe all related companies in Slovenia, Croatia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Albania and Kosovo for better recognition in the Adria region.
2008: We expand our areas of business and successfully implement the first project in the field of ITS, the tunnel Pletovarje - Golo Rebro.
2009: We open two business units in Slovenia, unit in capital city Ljubljana and in Kidričevo.
2010: We develop our own software solution rems (Retail Event Management System), which becomes our first Tenzor brand.
2015: We implement the first comprehensive project in the field of electrical installations on high-rise buildings in Slovenia.
2016: We implement the first project in the field of parking management and successfully implement it with the help of the entire team.
2020: We successfully overcome the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and begin the implementation of the largest project outside of Slovenia. We finished the first tunnel LED lighting project in Slovenia.
2021: We develop our own software solution for 24-hour borrowing of reserved material for libraries. We implement the first comprehensive engineering projects in the renovation of retail units.
2022: The first project in Germany and the implementation of comprehensive electrical installations on the largest building in Austria. We are taking over the activities of the manufacturer of parking systems and expanding the portfolio of our own brands.
2022: We open a business unit in Austria, where we implemented out the first complete electrical installation project on a high-rise building outside of Slovenia.
